Haverhill-based Pentucket Bank recently promoted three of its employees to officer positions.

Stephen Jaskelevicus has been promoted to senior vice president/commercial loan officer.  His primary responsibilities are the origination of commercial and industrial and commercial real estate loans in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. 

 Susan M. Bonenfant has been named vice president/deposit compliance manager and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) officer.  Bonenfant began at Pentucket Bank as an investment officer in 2003 and has held several roles over the past nine years moving into her most recent focus on Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), privacy and deposit compliance.  

Claire M. Koffman was promoted to vice president/lending compliance manager.  Koffman joined the bank in 2006 as a lending quality control officer and most recently worked as assistant vice president of lending compliance. Her primary role is to develop, administer and monitor programs to ensure Pentucket Bank’s compliance with laws and regulations governing loan operations and loan product offerings.
