Haverhill’s Pentucket Bank recently named its new corporators at its annual meeting. Bank President/CEO Scott D. Cote also hosted his first meeting as CEO following Kendall Smith’s retirement in April.

The bank’s board of corporators voted to officially elect the following members: John G. Albert, president/CEO of Home Health VNA; Diane L. Galvin, chief operating officer of Pentucket Bank; Phillip R. Rice, owner of Rice & Broulliard Electric; Henry E. LaBranch, acting town manager in Salem, N.H., and retired superintendent of schools in Salem; and Daniel J. Norris, attorney and managing partner, of the McClane, Graf, Raulerson, & Middleton law firm in Manchester, N.H.

The new corporators, in addition to the reinstatement of existing board members and bank officers, were accepted and approved.
