Lee C. Craig was elected as chairman of the board of trustees at the 150th annual meeting of the corporators of East Cambridge Savings Bank, a bank with six full-service locations in Cambridge, Belmont, Somerville and Waltham. Craig’s association with the bank spans three decades. He was elected as a corporator in 1974, as a trustee in 1977, and has served on the board of investment, the committee of the board of trustees, since 1980. Owner of Craig Residential Improvements in Georgetown, Craig is a registered landscape architect and holds home improvement contractor and construction supervisor licenses in Massachusetts. His father, Willard C. Craig, was a long-term member of the bank’s board of trustees. George E. Wilson, former chairman of the board of trustees who had served in that position since 1993, will remain active on the bank’s boards of investment and trustees.
Gov. Mitt Romney has appointed Patricia M. Williams, senior vice president of human resources at Brockton-based HarborOne Credit Union, to the Massachusetts State Workforce Investment Board. The advisory board is comprised 65 members that assist the governor in continuously improving the workforce system in the Bay State. A graduate of Stonehill College in Easton with a bachelor of science degree in business management, Williams has been employed at HarborOne since 1985. She also serves as chairwoman of the Brockton Area Workforce Investment Board and is a human resources advisor of Old Colony YMCA. She lives in Norton.

Richard Pucci, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Insurance Agency, has been given the Agent of the Year award from Travelers Personal Lines. Pucci received the award during the 2004 Travelers Personal Lines Leadership Conference held recently in Boca Raton, Fla., for his professional integrity, entrepreneurial spirit and a strong commitment to his community and profession. Travelers, the second-largest writer of homeowners and auto insurance through independent agents, is a member of St. Paul Travelers, a provider of commercial property-liability insurance and asset management services. Since 1998, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Insurance Agency has grown to $25 million in personal lines, with $7.5 million of that business with Travelers. The award marks that second time Pucci has been honored as Agent of the Year, the first honor being given in 1999.
Sales associate Deborah McCormack of Carlson GMAC Real Estate recently received the company’s first Premier Service Award. The annual award is presented regionally to the GMAC Real Estate sales associate with the highest number of independent surveys received in combination with the overall satisfaction rating earned. The survey, developed by Quality Service Certification, is a way for GMAC Real Estate and its agents to measure customer satisfaction. Surveys are sent to the consumer following each transaction and the results are compiled and processed by the independent research company, Leading Research Corp. McCormack, the longest full-time real estate agent in the area, has been a professional Realtor for the past 33 years in Marlborough, where she has been recognized annually for her sales performance and service to her customers and clients.

Consigli Construction Co. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer J. Scott Lerner has been elected president of the Construction Financial Management Association’s Massachusetts chapter. Lerner, a 15-year veteran in the construction industry, is a certified public accountant responsible for overseeing all financial and administrative issues at Consigli. He is a graduate of Southeastern University in Washington, D.C., and holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting. Lerner joined Consigli in 1997. The CFMA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving financial professionals in the construction industry. Established in 1981, CFMA now boasts over 7,000 members and 87 chapters nationwide.
