Peoples Federal Bancshares Inc., the holding company for Peoples Federal Savings Bank, has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of Feb. 6, and is expected to be paid on Feb. 15.
