Maggi has been promoted to vice president, loan service, from assistant vice president. Patricia J. Serafin has been promoted to vice president, human resources, from assistant vice president. Lisa M. Smith has been promoted to vice president, consumer lending, from assistant vice president.

Brian L. Lyman has been promoted to assistant vice president, credit officer, from commercial credit officer.

Karen J. Buell has been promoted to assistant vice president-eChannel manager, from Internet branch officer. Tiffany L. Raines has been promoted to assistant vice president, branch manager of the Amherst office. Raines had previously served as branch manager of the main office in Holyoke. Philip C. Macken has been promoted to human resources officer from staffing specialist. Sean P. St. Marie has been promoted to deposit operations officer from deposit operations supervisor. Linda Parlengas has been promoted to executive administrative officer to the president and CEO from executive assistant. Robert C. Raynor has been promoted to risk oversight officer.
