Environmental consulting firm GZA recently announced that W. Fred Lenz has been promoted to senior principal in the Norwood corporate office. Lenz has served as chief technology officer since 2013.

Hammond Real Estate recently announced that Karen Sexton has been named the new manager of the firm’s locations at Two Brattle Square in Cambridge and 84 Leonard St. in Belmont. In this role, Sexton will assist Hammond agents in developing their real estate practices and will oversee the marketing strategy, community activities and administrative staff in both offices.

JLL recently announced that Mirjam Baer and Ryan Parker have joined the New England team as senior project manager and associate project manager, respectively. Parker was previously a project engineer at Bond Brothers, while Baer was most recently a senior project manager at DC Beane and Assoc.

Leominster Credit Union recently elected officers for 2016 to 2017. Michael J. Sauvageau was elected chairman of the board; Giulio G. Greco was elected vice chairman; Henry C. Kulik Jr.  was elected treasurer; Andrew D. Cousins was elected assistant treasurer; and Anthony A. Gasbarro was elected clerk. Also joining the officers on the board of directors are Amedeo E. Bilotta, Bruce J. Bollivar, Nancy L. Graves, Joyce A. LaFleur, Richard A. Sheppard and Joseph V. Quintal.

The MassEcon board elected a new director at its June board meeting. Tim Ceurvels, director of community relations and economic development at Eversource Energy, will replace William Van Dam, who had served on the board since 2013.

North Brookfield Savings Bank

North Brookfield Savings Bank recently announced that Rachael Slozak has been promoted to universal assistant branch manager at its Route 9 West Brookfield branch location. In this position, Slozak will be responsible for opening new customer accounts, assisting with and processing loan applications and ensuring efficiency at the branch.

North Brookfield Savings Bank also announced that Renee Letendre and Caitlin Burns were recently promoted to loan officer and underwriter, respectively.

NorthMarq Capital recently announced the promotion of Ed Riekstins to managing director in the Boston regional office. The Boston Foundation has promoted Keith A. Mahoney to vice president of communications and public affairs. Mahoney was senior director for public affairs at the foundation until recently and has served as interim vice president of communications and public affairs since mid-February.

 

The Cooperative Bank

The Cooperative Bank recently announced that it has hired Jason Truong as vice president of commercial lending. In this new role, Truong will be responsible for business development in TCB’s commercial lending division, focusing on Boston and the surrounding areas.

 

The Village Bank

The Village Bank has promoted four employees: Nicole Sloan, Michael Harrington, Katie Herrick and Mark Loveless. Sloan, Harrington and Loveless were all promoted to assistant vice president, while Herrick was promoted to assistant treasurer.
