Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England recently announced that Daphna Fields has been named regional vice president of the company’s south region. Fields will be responsible for the oversight and productivity of the company’s 19 sales offices in southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Prior to her new role, Fields was the regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Metrowest/Western Massachusetts region.

 

Fidelity Bank

Laurie Benson has joined Fidelity Bank as senior vice president and head of retail banking. She will lead the consumer banking area, including the branch-office network, branch administration, LifeDesign learning and development and consumer-product development. Benson will also work closely with the mortgage and commercial banking teams to help grow consumer and small-business lending. Additionally, she will also help improve internal bank processes and delivery channels to better serve both clients and employees. Benson has more than 30 years of banking experience at both community and regional banks. Most recently she served as retail market manager of 19 locations with TD Bank.

National Cooperative Bank

National Cooperative Bank recently announced that Shaun Kelley has joined as chief credit officer. Kelley brings over 36 years of experience in commercial loans and portfolio management. In his new role, Kelley will be responsible for setting loan policy, managing the credit and loan closing processes, providing credit guidance throughout the organization and assuring compliance with loan committee approvals and regulatory audits.

 

StonehamBank

StonehamBank recently announced that David Rufo has joined its team as senior mortgage originator. Rufo’s primary focus will be responsible for performing a wide range of mortgage origination and business development functions to achieve residential sales goals and building strong customer relationships. Rufo comes to StonehamBank with over 27 years of mortgage banking experience, most recently with Wells Fargo. Rufo is currently an active member of the board of assessors in Woburn.

Tim Lahey has joined Transwestern | RBJ as vice president. He will be a member of the firm’s Boston/Cambridge team, focusing on leasing and sales. Lahey joins the firm from Colliers International, where he worked with clients such as Westbrook Partners, Jamestown LP and Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Lahey is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Massachusetts. He is also a Bay State Savings Bank corporator.

 

Webster Five Cents Savings Bank

Webster Five Cents Savings Bank recently announced the promotion of Kim Brown from personal banker to assistant branch manager of the bank’s newest branch at 100 Front St. in Worcester. Brown began her career as a senior teller at the main branch in 2002. Brown has customer service experience and knowledge of the banking industry. Brown will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, staff supervision, community relations and business development efforts.
