Bay State Savings Bank has named Maria Heskes-Allard senior vice president and senior commercial lender at its Franklin Street location in Worcester. Heskes-Allard most recently worked as senior vice president of Clinton Savings Bank.
Bristol County Savings Bank
Bristol County Savings Bank recently appointed Hollie Lussier to the position of executive vice president, chief risk officer and general counsel. Lussier will be responsible for implementing the bank’s enterprise risk management strategy and will handle all legal matters pertaining to the bank.

Harriman and The Cecil group
Recently-merged Harriman and The Cecil Group have promoted Jim Fortin and David Story to senior associate. The firm also promoted Leonard Lamoreau, Peter Pinkerton and Valerie Conyngham to associate.
Hill International
Peter Martini has joined Hill International’s Boston office. Martini, who has more than 35 years of experience in construction, specializes in the management of complex educational facilities, as well as residential and commercial projects throughout the Boston area.
Leader Bank
Leader Bank recently appointed Peter Conrad to the bank’s board of directors. Conrad is the retired president and CEO of The Cooperative Central Bank in Boston, where he worked for 15 years. He was also an adjunct professor of finance at Bentley University for 10 years.

John Westwood
Mansfield Bank
Mansfield Bank’s first senior vice president and CFO, John Westwood, has been elected chairman of the Financial Managers Society’s board of directors. Westwood has over a decade of active roles within the FMS and has spent three years as the chair of the Finance Council.
MutualOne Bank
MutualOne Bank recently promoted Jean Hoskins to the position of branch manager for the bank’s Lincoln Street office in Framingham. Hoskins joined the bank in January 2016 and was a senior personal banker before being promoted.
Northland Investment Corp.
Northland Investment Corp. recently named Beth Kinsley as its new general counsel. In this role, Kinsley will oversee all of the company’s legal matters. Kinsley was previously Northland’s assistant general counsel, overseeing the legal aspects of the firm’s acquisitions, dispositions, financings and developments.

Jean Hoskins
TA Realty LLC
Sean Ruhmann has joined TA Realty LLC as partner and portfolio manager. Ruhmann will operate out of the Boston office and will work with the firm’s investment professionals and participate on several governance committees. Ruhmann was a partner and director of private markets research at NEPC LLC prior to joining TA Realty.
Webster Five Cents Savings Bank
Webster Five Cents Savings Bank recently promoted Louis Corapi to vice president and business lending officer in the bank’s business banking division. Corapi joined Webster Five in 2013 as a business lender.
The bank has also promoted Alex Cruz to assistant vice president. Cruz joined Webster Five in 2009 and was most recently a business lending officer.
