Florence Bank senior accounting associate David Cisek was selected to receive that company’s President’s Award.The President’s Award was established by the bank in 1995, affording employees the annual opportunity to nominate their peers for this prestigious honor that recognizes outstanding performance, customer service and overall contribution to Florence Bank. Cisek was nominated by numerous colleagues.

Danvers-based surveying and engineering firm Hancock Assoc. has promoted Gregory Gould to vice president.

Nitsch Engineering

Judy Nitsch, founding principal of Boston-based Nitsch Engineering, retired April 1. In keeping with its transition plan, Chairman and CEO Lisa Brothers will continue to lead the firm.
