BayCoast Mortgage Co. announced that Michael Fleming has joined the company as a loan officer. Fleming joins BayCoast Mortgage with five years of experience as a residential loan officer, most recently with St. Anne’s Credit Union.

Charlesbank Capital Partners announced that Mitchell Grindley has joined the firm as an executive advisor. Grindley spent his career at Plaskolite, a manufacturer of acrylic sheet and polymer, ending his time there as executive chairman.  

The Friends of the Public Garden 

The Friends of the Public Garden named Rebecca McKevitz their new director of capital projects & parks care. Rebecca will carry out the Friends’ annual parks care program in support of the nonprofit’s mission to care for and renew the three parks: the Boston Common, Public Garden, and Commonwealth Avenue Mall.

Todd Greenfield has been promoted to senior vice president and director of development at KS Partners. Greenfield will continue to oversee all capital projects throughout the company which owns and manages approximately 5 million square feet of commercial properties throughout New England.

MountainOne announced a new leadership structure for its retail banking operation that includes the promotion of three: 

• Lucille Weare has been promoted to vice president, branch operations liaison and regional community banking officer. 
• Randy Burdick has been promoted to vice president and regional community banking officer.

North Shore Bank 

Peabody-based North Shore Bank announced the appointment of Joseph Schueller as chief financial officer. Prior to joining the bank, Schueller served as chief financial officer for Hills Bank and Trust.
