Pharmalogics Recruiting has signed a three-year lease renewal and expansion for its offices at Heritage Two in North Quincy.

The job recruiting company, which was recently named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies, will expand from its current 8,463 square feet into an additional 5,196 square feet, owner Campanelli of Braintree announced.

JLL’s Sean Lynch represented Pharmalogics, while Campanelli’s Peter Brown along with Mike Frisoli, Matt Morgan, Dave Martel and Molly Davis represented ownership.

Heritage Landing contains 518,882 square feet of office space in three buildings near the MBTA’s North Quincy station. Recent leases include WorldStrides and an expansion by Propel Marketing. The Massachusetts Teachers Association will move into its new 46,000 square foot offices in November.
