Pharmalucence Relocates HQ To Billerica

Pharmalucence Inc., provider of radiopharmaceuticals, recently purchased a 70,000-square-foot building at 29 Dunham Road in Billerica for $2.7 million.

Pharmalucence will be moving its headquarters from its current location in Bedford.

Matt Harvey, Joe Sciolla and Joe Doyle of Boston-based CresaPartners represented Pharmalucence in the purchase, according to a statement. The former owner, RREEF, was represented by Jason Levendusky and David Pergola Sr. of CB Richard Ellis.
