Pierce Joins Mortgage Network Team

Stoneham independent mortgage lender Mortgage Network Inc. has hired Billy Pierce to work as sales manager.

Pierce comes to Mortgage Network Inc. from Bank of America Home Loans where he was a producing branch manager and member of the President’s Club (top 5 percent of producers nationwide). In 2010 and 2011, he was recognized for his personal production and was in the platinum club (top 1 percent nationwide). As a branch manager in 2011, he closed more than $500 million in loans. He managed the Burlington and Woburn offices and was consistently in the top 10 for branch production nationwide, according to a statement.

Prior to Bank of America Home Loans, he was at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage where he was a home mortgage consultant.

Pierce is a native of Burlington and currently lives in Melrose with his wife and three children. He is a graduate of Boston University with a degree in U.S. History.
