Woburn-based Pinnacle Private Wealth has opened an office in Leominster following its merger with Wachusett Wealth Management.

The financial services company’s new space is located at 14 Monument Square at the former location of Wachusett Wealth Management.

Gerry Fagnant, the former managing partner and founder of Wachusett Wealth Management, will be managing partner of Pinnacle’s Leominster office. He will divide his time between the Leominster office and Pinnacle’s corporate headquarters at 100 Trade Center in Woburn.

"Our recent merger has allowed us a great opportunity to serve clients in the Leominster area," Myles Dudley, managing partner of Pinnacle Private Wealth, said in a statement.  "We have every confidence that under the direction of Gerry Fagnant, whose reputation in the wealth and investment management industry is highly distinguished, the Leominster office will enjoy strong positive growth."

The Leominster space is Pinnacle’s second location.
