A printing company is relocating from Bay State Road in Boston to a Peabody office property owned by Novaya Real Estate Ventures.
Spire Printing leased 62,000 square feet at 1 First Ave. in late summer, Boston-based Novaya said in a statement. The move enables Spire Printing to upgrade from storage-based warehouse space to a digital printing lab environment, Novaya Vice President Shawn Hawthorne said in a statement.
Colliers International’s Greg Klemmer represented Novaya, while Danenberg Realty Advisors’ John Cremmen represented the tenant.
