Private Flight Advisors, a private jet charter and advisory firm, has leased 3,173 square feet from New Boston Inc. at Granite Woods Corporate Center in Braintree.

New Boston was represented by Caleb Hudak, vice president at Colliers International, and Private Flight was represented by Robert Conrad, president of The Conrad Group.

Granite Woods Corporate Center, acquired by New Boston in 2008, consists of two office buildings totaling 168,000 square feet on a 7.5 acre site. Private Flight Advisors has leased at Building 1 and will join tenants Verizon, Travelers Insurance, VNA of Boston and the Telephone Worker’s Credit Union in the space.
