State Garden, which makes produce brands including Noreast Fresh, Olivia’s Organics and State Garden Celery, has signed a seven-year lease for 36,000 square feet at 240 Second St. in Chelsea.

The lease is an expansion for the company and will house its incoming refrigerated product along with other functions, according to a statement.

Phillip K. Burgess of Burgess Properties Inc. was the sole broker in the lease transaction.
