Prudential Town And Country Officially Picks Up Berkshire Hathaway Name

berkshire hathaway town and country Prudential Town and Country Real Estate will now operate under the name Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Town and Country Real Estate, effective immediately.

Prudential Town and Country Real Estate had announced it would rebrand early this year in December.

Berkshire Hathaway Home Services is a subsidiary of Warren Buffet’s Berkshire Hathaway empire. The brand acquired Prudential’s national brokerage franchise in 2012.

Broker/Owners Gail Lockberg and Gary Lockberg unveiled their new yard sign during an event at the Brae Burn Country Club in Newton.

"We are thrilled to be part of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network and are proud to be the network’s first Massachusetts-based affiliate," Gail Lockberg said in a statement. "We are confident that the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand will help us grow and better service clients far into the future."
