PUMA is moving its global marketing and product design offices from the Boston Design Center on the South Boston Waterfront to One Congress St. in Downtown Boston, more commonly known as the Government Center Garage.
According to multiple sources, the athletic shoe and apparel brand, whose North American headquarters is in Westford, will occupy roughly 60,000 square feet of office space above the parking facility. The company is slated to move next August, sources said.
According to marketing materials on an FHO Partners’ website, which does leasing and marketing for the downtown facility, there is 67,600 square feet of space available on the 10th floor, and 117,417 square feet available on the 11th floor at One Congress St. The property contains 245,254 square feet of office space in total. The garage has 2,310 parking spaces, as well as 24,329 square feet of street-level retail.
