The Plymouth campus of Quincy College will be expanding its 8,375-square-foot facility by 5,300 square feet.
The new 13,700-square-foot space will include a science lab, classrooms and office space, according to a statement.
Deborah Meyers, principal at Braintree-based Paramount Partners LLC, represented the owners, JD Cordage LLC, in the transaction.
