Real estate continuing education classes will be offered by the Pembroke’s Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors on Sept. 14 and Sept. 15.
Attorney William G. Mullen, III will be teaching contract law, closing and settlement, and general real estate laws, regulations and practices on Sept. 14. Mullen is currently the legal counsel and director of risk management for the Greater Boston Association of Realtors, according to a statement.
Jeff Chute, president and partner of Plymouth-based Chute & Payzant Real Estate Inc. will teach seller agency, buyer agency, and property assessment valuation and taxation on Sept. 15. Chute has been a state-certified continuing education instructor since 1998 and is an active member of the Realtor community, according to a statement.
Participants will receive two hours of continuing education credit for each class taken. Tuition is $20 per class for Realtor members and $30 for non-members. Reservations can be made here.
