Newton resident Lauren Rabb has been appointed sales manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Winchester office.
Rabb will be responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations of more than 60 sales associates serving Winchester, Stoneham, Woburn, Medford and the surrounding communities. Prior to her new role, Rabb was a sales associate in the Newton office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

With extensive experience in the residential real estate industry, Rabb has been recognized for her sales achievements on several occasions. She recently received the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society award. The honor is awarded to the top 7 percent of approximately 90,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system, according to a statement.
She has also earned several professional designations during her career including Accredited Buyers Representative and Relocation Specialist.
A graduate of Bentley College, Rabb is involved with several professional organizations including the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. She previously served on the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Government Affairs Committee for two years.
Rabb is a member of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England.
