Norwell-based mortgage banking firm radius financial group inc. has acquired Littleton, N.H.-based LT Mortgage.
The acquisition is effective March 17, and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
LT Mortgage was founded in 2006 by David Weed and Don Hilliard.
The company said it will maintain an office in the Littleton marketplace.
The company closed on an additional Warehouse Lending Facility with Gateway Federal Savings Bank of San Leandro, Calif. in January.
