Paul D. Raffa, has joined Hometown Bank’s commercial lending group as a commercial lender. Raffa will be based in the Oxford branch office, where he will be responsible for the origination and underwriting of new commercial loans.
Raffa has several years of commercial lending and business development experience, most recently with Southbridge Credit Union in Southbridge. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Framingham State College and is pursuing a master’s degree in business administration at Nichols College. Raffa is also a 2009 recipient of the Worcester Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award, president of Sturbridge Community Business Associates, and a member of the executive committee for the bicentennial committee in his home community of Millbury.
