Local real estate firm RCG has purchased 12 apartment units at 11-21 Pine St. in Cambridge for $2.37 million.

Located in Cambridge’s Central Square, 11-21 Pine St. is a three-story, 12,016-square-foot building. The circa 1920 property has 10 two-bedroom apartments and two three-bedroom units.

NAI Hunneman’s David N. Ross and Robert Tito, executive vice presidents/principals, and sales associates Gina Barroso and Robert Tito Jr., represented the seller, First Cambridge Realty, in the transaction and also procured the buyer.

First Cambridge Realty owns about 550 residential units and approximately 60,000 square feet of combined retail and office space in Cambridge, as well as 100 residential units in Brookline and Newton.

Somerville-based RCG operates more than 800 apartments and 700,000 square feet of commercial space.
