The Richard D. Kimball Co. (RDK Engineers) has renewed its 36,235-square-foot lease at 200 Brickstone Square in Andover. RDK has extended its lease at its existing headquarters location, home to the firm for 12 years, for an additional six years.

Michael Dalton of FHO Partners represented RDK Engineers in the lease transaction. Matthew Daniels and Christopher Lawrence of Colliers Meredith & Grew along with Peter Dominski of CBRE represented Brickstone Square’s landlord, the Transwestern Investment Co.
