Rebecca Regan has joined the Housing Partnership Network as president for capital markets.
In her new role, Regan will develop and manage the affordable housing nonprofit’s capital market relationships and oversee its neighborhood stabilization and foreclosure prevention initiatives. She will also play a critical role in leading business partnerships and peer exchange among the network’s high-performing affordable housing organizations.
"Becky brings exceptional character, passion and business acumen to the Housing Partnership Network," said President and CEO Thomas Bledsoe. "Her leadership skills will be a tremendous asset as our members collaborate and share best practices for addressing the nation’s affordable housing challenges."
Regan joins the Housing Partnership Network from Boston Community Capital, where she served as chief operating officer and president of the loan fund, which tripled its loan portfolio to more than $125 million during her tenure. Prior to joining Boston Community Capital, she held executive, lending and management positions with Bank of America and Fleet Bank. At the Housing Partnership Network, she succeeds Mary Tingerthal, who recently became commissioner of housing for the state of Minnesota.
