Norwood resident Michelle Reid has been named branch manager of Walpole Co-operative Bank’s main office on Main Street in Walpole.

Reid has more than two decades of banking experience, most recently as assistant branch manager with Dedham Savings, the bank said a statement. Previously, she held service positions with BankBoston and Shawmut Bank.

Reid holds a bachelors degree from Stonehill College, a certificate in paralegal studies from Northeastern University and a life insurance license. She is also a notary public, the bank said.
