Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT II has acquired 400 Minuteman Road in Andover for $37 million from Spear Street Capital.
The 2-story, 153,000-square-foot building is fully leased to tenants, including Time Warner Cable and The Weather Co.
NGKF Capital Markets’ Boston team, led by U.S. Head of Capital Markets Robert Griffin, Vice Chairman Edward Maher, Executive Managing Director Matthew Pullen and Associate Director Samantha Hallowell, in conjunction with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Executive Managing Director Torin Taylor, represented the seller.
“400 Minuteman Road benefits from a ‘sticky’ tenant roster with Time Warner Cable operating a state-of-the-art data center at the property,” Hallowell said in a statement.
Amenities within the 1-million-square-foot Minuteman Park include two full-service cafeterias, a coffee bar, two fitness centers and a game room/lounge, all of which are being renovated.
