Four new tenants have helped bring the A.W. Perry properties 77-91 Franklin Street in Boston to full occupancy in the retail portion of the properties.
Perry Brokerage Assoc. represented the owner, A.W. Perry, in the execution of the four leases.
RMS Residential Mortgage Services and Sports and Physical Therapy Associates have signed leases totaling 8,600 square feet at 85 and 91 Franklin St. Boston News Café has signed a lease for 1,165 square feet for the store at 80 Arch St. And Lulu’s Cupcakes will occupy the kiosk in Winthrop Lane.
Rich Beal of Perry Brokerage represented the landlord in these transactions. Dan Cavanaugh of Jones Lang LaSalle, Dan Sullivan of Cresa, and Joe Levanto of CRE Brokerage each represented a tenant in the transactions.
