Retail Giant T.J. Maxx Renews Quincy Lease

Nationwide retailer T.J. Maxx has renewed its 29,615-square-foot lease at Quincy Granite Place, located at the intersection of Granite Street and Burgin Parkway.

Richard McKinnon, broker for Quincy-based The Grossman Cos. Inc. represented the landlord, 126 Granite Street Trust, , according to a statement. T.J. Maxx was represented in house.

T.J. Maxx was an original tenant when the 61,400 square-foot plaza opened in 2000. Other tenants include iParty, Dress Barn, Olympia Sports, Papa Gino’s, Boston Market and Dunkin Donuts.
