Ted Richard, a Realtor on the North Shore, has joined J Barrett & Co. in its Beverly office.

Richard has been a consistent top producing Realtor since beginning his career in 1986, according to a statement. His wife, Kate Richard, is also an agent with J Barrett and Co. in Manchester.
