Richard M. Reder has been promoted to credit officer of the commercial loan department at Framingham Co-operative Bank.
His responsibilities will include assessing credit and credit risk, as well as loan review, said Mark R. Haranas, president of the bank.
Reder has been with Framingham Co-operative since 2007 and previously served as a commercial credit analyst. He has more than 12 years of experience in lending, according to a bank statement.
