CBRE/New England has hired Scott Richmond as vice president with the downtown Boston brokerage team.
In his new role, Richmond will be responsible for tenant advisory and landlord representation assignments in downtown Boston.
Richmond has 14 years of commercial real estate leasing and sales experience in the Boston market. He has worked in a variety of brokerage roles in commercial leasing and
investment sales for CBRE/New England, Colliers International, Leggat McCall and Grubb & Ellis.
"Scott’s expertise in the brokerage field will provide depth to our team and add significant value to our clients," Andy Hoar, president of CBRE/NE, said in a news release.
Richmond is a graduate of The College of William and Mary and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute. He is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
