Boston’s CresaPartners has named Jim Ricker vice president of corporate services to head the firm’s nationwide facilities management services.

The new offering, the result of a partnership with Irvine, Calif.-based Jorgensen Facilities Services, will corporate services-including call centers, on-site operations, and office support-designed to reduce costs and improve operations.

Ricker, a Concord resident, has been with CresaPartners since 2003. He has more than 40 years of experience in the acquisition and management of corporate real estate, the management and leasing of commercial properties, and asset management.

He previously served as cofounder and president of Phoenix Corporate Services, a real estate outsourcing firm purchased by Trammell Crow Co.
