RISO Inc., a color communications company, is relocating its operations from Danvers and has leased 11,800 square feet in Burlington and 18,400 square feet in Woburn. Terms were not disclosed.
The Burlington location, at 8 New England Executive Park will serve as the group’s North American corporate headquarters management and sales office.
The Woburn space, 80 Commerce Way, will serve as the firm’s training, warranty repair and distribution operations center.
NAI Hunneman Vice President Michael McCarthy and Senior Vice President Jim Boudrot represented RISO Inc. in both transactions.
The landlord at 8 New England Executive Park, Equity Office, was represented by Andrew Whipple of Jones Lang LaSalle.
National Development, the landlord at the Woburn facility, was represented by David Corkery of CB Richard Ellis.
