Newton-based RMR Real Estate Income Fund has announced an increase in its regular quarterly distribution to common shareholders to 33 cents per share, or $1.32 per share per year, from 32 cents per share, or $1.28 per share per year.

The quarterly distribution of 33 cents per common share will be paid on or about June 28 to holders of record of common shares as of the close of business on June 17.
