ROCKLAND RetailRobert Norris, owner of Piano Mill, a South Shore piano sales, service and restoration business, has purchased the Robbins Furniture Store at 217 Centre Ave. in Rockland for $485,000.

The company will move both its retail store in Hanover and its industrial location in Hanson to the 15,000-square-foot Rockland property.
"We will expand our lessons program to include not only piano, but guitar, violin, horn and voice," Norris said in a prepared statement. "And we will build a performance hall for recitals and professional concerts."

Tony Vacca of Conway Commercial brokered the sale.
