Peter Costa and Robert Camara have joined Rockland Trust, both as vice presidents of commercial lending.
Working out of the bank’s Providence, R.I., location, Costa and Camara will assist in managing the commercial banking operation throughout Rhode Island, including loans, deposits and other services for primarily middle market companies.
Before joining Rockland Trust, Costa served as a vice president of Bank of America. He serves on the board of the Rhode Island Philharmonic Orchestra and Music School, as well as on the board of governors at the University Club.
Camara is a former vice president of Sovereign Bank. He serves as treasurer of the McAuley House, a nonprofit organization located in Providence.
