Independent Bank Corp., parent of the Rockland Trust Co. will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share.
The payout will be made Oct. 7 to stockholders of record as of Sept. 26.
Independent Bank Corp. holds assets of about $4.8 billion. Rockland Trust, based in Rockland, serves eastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod.
