Shoe manufacturer Rockport Group will relocate its headquarters from Canton to Newton after leasing 90,000 square feet at 1210 Washington St.

The former Reebok subsidiary will bring its 200 employees to the new location in fall 2016. Rockport is currently based at 100 Royall St. in Canton.

Renovations on the brick-and-beam building will begin in June to update the workspaces. The building has visibility along the Mass Pike and covered parking. VideoLink Inc. also occupies 20,000 square feet in the building, which is now 100 percent leased.

“The property offers the aesthetic of a classic mill building with state of the art amenities that will provide a creative and open environment for our employees,” said Bob Infantino, CEO of The Rockport Group, in a statement.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Executive Managing Director John Boyle and Associate Vice President Ryan Romano represented Rockport in the lease. Davis Cos. executives Cappy Daume and Gary Hofstetter represented landlord Davis Marcus Partners.
