J.T. Kelley, Timothy O’Leary, Matthew Smith and Peter St. George recently joined Rollstone Bank & Trust in lending and wealth management positions.

Kelley is senior vice president and team leader of RBT’s loan office in Worcester, which opened early in May. Kelley brings 10 years of commercial banking experience to RBT, including positions at Commerce Bank and TD Bank.

O’Leary, who has nearly 10 years of experience in the loan and mortgage industry, will serve as mortgage originator.

St. George and Smith will work in the bank’s wealth management division. St. George will focus primarily on the Harvard and Townsend area market, while Smith will be based in Worcester.

St. George has a strong background in insurance. Smith has worked in banking and investment for more than six years, most recently at Merrill Lynch, according to a statement.
