Hammond Residential has hired Valerie Rooney at its Hingham office.

Rooney will be representing buyers and sellers from Hammond’s Hingham office at 15 Leavitt St.

Rooney is a native of Dublin, Ireland. She has 12 years experience in the real estate industry and was previously affiliated with Boston Realty Group in South Boston and JLC Property Partners.  She has been involved in acquisitions, management, condo conversions and rental properties.

Rooney lives in Hingham with her husband and three sons.
