Boston-based Roundhill Construction has completed the fit-up of new office space for EverBank on the top floor of 100 Summer St. in Boston.

Property owner Equity Office selected Roundhill to build out 3,000 square feet space for EverBank, a Jacksonville, Fla.-based financial services company offering banking, mortgage lending and investment services. The institution focuses on online banking products.
 
Partnering with Roundhill and Equity Office on the project was Dyer Brown Architects.
 
"Creating new space for EverBank on the top floor of one of Boston’s signature office buildings was a rewarding project," Ted Fish, president of Roundhill Construction, said in a statement.  "We were pleased to be able to complete the job on time and within budget despite scheduling much of the work during off-hours to minimize the impact on the building’s other tenants."
