Quincy’s Safford Street Apartments have sold for $2.075 million.

The 16-unit property located at 66 and 70 Safford St. is comprised of two eight-unit buildings with one-bedroom apartments. Recent upgrades to the building have included vinyl siding, replacement windows and roof work.

Tony Pepdjonovic, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office, represented the seller, a personal trust, and the buyer, a limited liability company.
