Swampscott’s Sagan Realtors has launched a gift drive to support a women’s shelter and various other local organizations.

The team at Sagan Realtors will collect coats and food for local families, toys for tots, blankets, towels and sample size cosmetics.

"I am so proud of the great team we have at Sagan," said owner Phyllis Sagan. "Each person cares deeply about the welfare of their friends and neighbors and enthusiastically came to me with ideas on how we can help them."

Gently used coats have already started to come in to be delivered to families in need of warm clothing, and for the past several years, Sagan Realtors has collected toys for area children. Sagan Realtors also hopes to collect canned goods and pantry items for local food pantries, as well as used blankets and towels for both the Marblehead and Northeast Animal Shelters. In addition, donations of sample sized cosmetics will be assembled into care packages for families receiving assistance through Help for Abused Women and Children (HAWC).
