SAI Communications Leases 10,000 S.F. In Marlborough

Telecommunications consulting company SAI Communications has leased 10,075 square feet of office/flex space at 260 Cedar Hill St. in Marlborough.

Stephen C. Bradley, senior vice president of New Dover Assoc. of Framingham represented the property owner, TV Marlborough LLC, and procured SAI Communications.

With the signing of SAI Communications, the 51,068-square-foot single-story office building at 260 Cedar Hill St. is now fully leased.

SAI Communications is affiliated with Site Acquisitions Inc.
