Salem Five Bank has appointed Frank W. Miller Jr. as senior vice president and director of audit in the bank’s internal audit department. 

In this role, Miller will have primary responsibility for oversight of a comprehensive internal audit program for the entire Salem Five organization. He will support the Audit Committee of the bank’s board by providing for an independent audit program.

Prior to joining Salem Five, Miller, a CPA, worked as an assistant vice president and assistant general auditor at the Hartford Financial Services Group in Hartford, Conn. He has also worked in audit roles for UBS, Bear Stearns & Co. and Ernst & Young LLP. Miller is a graduate of Drake University and Columbia University.  He currently lives in Connecticut but will soon be relocating to Massachusetts.
