Salem Five has opened a new 2,300-square-foot branch in Stoneham located at 240 Main St.

The Stoneham location will use teller pods as opposed to traditional teller windows and has a business center that will cater to the operational needs of local businesses, according to a statement.

Salem Five also recently debuted its new website.

Features of the new SalemFive.com include:

• A widget that provides access to information such as current interest rates, and numerous ways to contact and engage with Salem Five professionals.

• Interactive calculator tools that visitors can use to chart potential investment return, compare mortgage rates and terms, plan retirement distributions, plan college savings and help make lifestyle decisions like renting vs. buying, or considering if a spouse should work.

• Salem Five’s OnBusiness Resource Center, featuring business-building tips and information, and profiles of successful local companies.
