Salem Five Bank has leased 2,350 square feet to open a new branch in Stoneham.

The bank signed a 10-year lease in the building at 240 Main St., which has a drive-thru, according to a statement.

Jonathan Blacker of Denenberg Realty Advisors brokered the transaction.

"Despite the challenging economy, Jonathan Blacker was able to secure a prime tenant, Salem Five, to a long-term commitment at a very favorable rate for his clients," said President Neil Denenberg. "Salem Five did an outstanding job renovating the building and we expect it will be a prime location for years to come."
